I have a full inbox and a call list as long as my arm and my aim this morning is to plough through them all and clear everything down ahead of the weekend.
My “to do” list is long and varied and includes supporting my purchasing team as they change the way we supply our Irish business. It also includes overseeing the new cups and Change Please coffee which we are planning to launch as part of our Autumn range revamp. We aware also in the midst of landlord negotiations so I have some catching up to do with our property guy.
Overall I’m quite a happy bunny, the team are doing a great job, sales are holding steady and we are on track to deliver our budget for this year (hopefully these are not famous last words…).
