When you find yourself in the situation that we have at AMT you need to move quickly. We have deals with landlords to complete, work to do to increase our margin, a conversion of the existing estate to Change Please to complete and a revamp to your food and drinks offer to work our way through.
The challenge is to move quickly but not to rush decisions, especially ones that will have long term ramifications. In my experience, people who have made badly thought through decisions on product ranges have usually repented at leisure whilst watching sales fall off a cliff.
On my agenda today is a meeting on packaging plus one to ones with various members of the team and this afternoon we will be having our usual Monday team meeting
