Having fun

I have to admit that I am really enjoying this project. The new owners are supportive, the AMT team is talented and hard working and being involved with Change Please is exciting as I think this “brand” has enormous potential. You only need to look at the over 200k views our announcements had last week to understand the interest in a social enterprise going “mainstream”. I’m excited about creating an organisation which will stand out from the crowd, it will stand out not just on the quality of its coffee and food but in its employee value proposition.

I’m heading over to Ireland next week but wanted to take this opportunity to pay tribute to the team out there. They have had a bumpy ride over the last few weeks and they have handled the situation really well.
