Sunny Norwich

After a successful visit to Cambridge I head over to Norwich where I will be spending the night. I made a quick visit to our shop and spent some time talking to our team member on duty which was interesting, not least because last week’s communication had been cascaded to the shop team in this unit. I have a morning of meetings tomorrow before I pay a second visit to the site to meet the manager.
