It’s way to early on a Saturday morning but a combination of my son and our cats have woken me up so I may as well get up and do some work.
I have emails to clear down plus planning for next week to take care of. I’m going to be in Ireland at the back end of next week and will be working the weekend so I need to get myself ready.
I can look back on a satisfying week. My team have made some great progress with our distribution network, our marketing plans plus our new food range. Our HR team have finalised their plans for the next 6 months and I’m really excited at some of the developments that we have coming down the line
My trip to Norwich yesterday was really useful. I was able to have a long chat with the store manager and her supervisor and was also able to get into the detail of some of the operational aspects of the business
