Its been a long few weeks with only one day off since late August. I have given myself time today to clear the decks so I can spend time with my family this weekend. Im not complaining about the workload, I’m enjoying every minute of this particular project and I’m determined to really make a difference to this business in what remains of my time as Interim MD. Looking back over the last week we have archived a great deal, we have an FD in place, we are close to brining in another role which will be a great support to me and the team in general have their heads down and are making real progress.
We are close to agreeing a much needed upgrade to our systems and are making really good progress with our landlord negotiations
It’s also been a bit of a bumpy ride but this is to be expected in a project of this nature.
