Way too early for the weekend

It’s 6am and I’m going through my emails and planning next week. As I do this, the words “get some rest” are echoing around my head. To be honest, I’m far too excited to rest. Whilst this has been a tough week with lots going on, I’m really pleased at the progress the whole team is making. People have really risen to the challenge and we are starting to see a difference.

I’m really excited about our new autumn range, it’s going to be fresher, better quality and far more on trend than what we are currently delivering. The initial signs are great, our pastries which now come from a small, artisan bakery are selling 30% better then the old product.
