This week hasn’t so much been about forward motion but more about fire fighting as we have had a number of issues come up during the week. These have mainly been supplier issues and whilst they are close to being resolved they have been a distraction.
On the plus side, I have had some very productive landlord meetings and a really good visit to our unit is Sheffield Northern Hospital. When I am out and about I like to say “hi” the the various team members but I also enjoy having a longer conversation with supervisors or assistant managers as you do get a real insight into how things are and how week communication from the centre has been. I had such a conversation yesterday and I came away really impressed but the passion and enthusiasm from our assistant manager.
Next week is all about food as we start to make some decisions on new suppliers and new products
