Busy start to the day

I’ve spent most of the day catching up with admin work as I have quite a lot to do on Monday and don’t want to be wading through emails.

As per normal there is a great deal going on and I’m working hard to balance dealing with the day to day issues along with putting in place the things that I believe will take the business forward for the medium and longer term.

It’s worth noting that I don’t resent working the weekend, I’m in the very privileged positing of having a senior role and doing a job that I love and that I find exciting so this doesn’t feel like work to me.
