One thing that I am keen to do is work on a process which measures our compliance to brand standards. Every successful brand does something to ensure that it’s messaging is consistent and that the units are both well presented and welcoming. Our brand should be no different in terms of how it measures itself.
We are still fighting a couple of fires but I am hopeful that this week will see us regain some forward motion as we look to improve things. Our November launch will be a pivotal moment for us this year and I am hoping to see a positive impact on sales from it.
