My life currently appears to consist of taking two steps forward and at least two steps back which is a little frustrating to say the least. Given this I have been reflecting on how I can improve things and coming up with strategies to make myself feel better.
My first aim is to reduce my weight. I’ve been saying this for ages but it really is time to do something about it. I’ve recently managed to lose a few pounds through intermittent fasting. I have started with 15 to 16 hour fasts and I am quite pleased that I am close to completing my first 24 hour fast (only 1 hour to go!) and whilst it’s not been easy to shed the pounds I do feel better and my energy levels are improving
I have a long way to go but I am determined to make more of an effort.
