I couldn’t sleep so I have been busy catching up on things ahead of a busy day. Most of the morning will be spent with the marketing team as we have some work to do to improve our in store execution. We also have to review the short list for the brand refresh ahead of presenting this to the board next week. Alongside their we have some work to do on our social media.
The rest of the day will be taken up finalising the induction for our head of food with interruptions for an update from our legal team and a meeting with our finance team.
Over the weekend I have to complete a review of our November P&L ahead of a meeting on Monday plus finalise this months expenses.
The weekend itself will be quite busy as I will taking Alex to various football events before dome some more decorating in the house
