It’s already Saturday a d the week has flown by. I realise that I have not posted anything this week so I will make some amends for that now.
A chunk of my week has been taking up dealing with landlords and it looks like as well as being close to having secured our exiting leases we have won four new units with potentially a couple more on their way. Our strategy is to take the estate to 60 units by the of of this year so we have made a good start.
Product wise, we are busy overhauling our sandwich range as well as extending our patisserie range in London. We are also reviewing our range in hospitals as we feel that we are missing some opportunities
People whose, our nee HR BP is setting in as is our new head of purchasing. We also waved goodbye to our marketing manager who has just gone on maternity leave. She has done a fantastic job for us in the short time that I have been here.
Right, it’s time for me to head north and to start my weekend
