Throughout my time at AMT I have always appreciated the team that I am fortunate enough to have around me. Most of our sales performance has been driven by a very dedicated and engaged operations team who have raised standards across the business and its this work that has been appreciated by our customers and help improve our sales.
This has been a year of change at AMT and both the field based team and the office based team have adapted to the changes really well, this is despite the fact that it’s not always easy to change the way in which you work to meet the new challenges that a business puts in front of you.
