I’m writing this with mixed feelings. I have really enjoyed our family holiday (the first in three years) but at the same time I’m rested and raring to get back into work. As I have said many times before, I am fortunate to really enjoy what I do and the AMT project has been particularly exciting I have been fortunate to work with a talented team and supportive owners and I hope to continue doing so for some time.
The return journey is going to be a long one, we leave early tomorrow for a drive up to Dijon where we stop overnight. We then leave early Saturday morning for the ferry terminal in Dunkirk before arriving back in the UK at around 1pm.
We then plan to drive straight home!
