Today is turning into an interesting day. There is lots going on and it’s going to be a long one as my last meeting will not be until early evening and then I am heading home for the long weekend.
It was great meeting various suppliers earlier this week and I was especially impressed at the development of healthy snacks which actually taste good. The same can be said for some of the amazing vegan products which I tried.
I also spent some time discussing the future of coffee shops and how the industry might develop. I plan to gather my thoughts on the subject and put them out via LinkedIn.
Finally, I am by no means a royalist but one does have to acknowledge the lifetime the late Queen devoted to her duty and admire her for it.
