Part of my remit as an advisor to Karak Chaii is to to support the leadership team with their growth plans. Our founder is really ambitious and wants to create the UK’s leading Chaii brand, both from the perspective of product quality and customer experience but also in terms of market share. The latter part of this ambition will be a challenge as there is already a well established market leader but this won’t deter us.
As part of my role, I have been looking at everything from communication with franchise partners to our systems and processes and I believe that whilst we have a solid brand and a a good base in terms of how we do things we can do better and that this will really help our franchise partners.
My focus for the moment is very much on the basics and also on supporting our franchise partners which I very much enjoy doing.
In terms of other projects, I’m still involved (behind the scenes) with AMT and as always it’s a real pleasure to be working with Matt.
