Any notion that I had about taking things slightly easier post AMT have pretty much gone out of the window as last week was pretty busy. The Karak Chaii team have 6 openings to get though by mid January which sees the business increase in size quite significantly. My work at the moment is split between a focus on the longer term, supporting franchise partners and working on some of our processes such as setting up an online learning platform, health and safety visits and a loyalty app.
I’m still involved with AMT and was pleased to be able to work on a few things to support the team. Things are generally going ok there but obviously train strikes really aren’t helping them and I hope that a resolution can be found sometime soon and that things can get back to normal.
I also found a little time last week to do some work on my own business which I am hoping to set up with a couple of business partners in the near future.
