Yesterday was busy. I had a meeting with a new client who I will be starting with next month and then went on to the Karak Chaii Offfice where I spent the rest of the day with our franchise partners in our first meeting.
The meeting itself went well as we covered a lot of ground and took everyone through our plans for the coming 6 months. A lot of my work in the coming months is going to be on our franchise system and ensuring that it’s optimised and I will also be spending time supporting individual franchise partners as we look to grow the brand.
It’s an exciting time at Karak Chaii as we will be opening in Peterborough in early November.
Whilst I am busy, I still have spare capacity and would be happy to talk to people about how I might support their business
