My first site visit of the day which took place in the morning went well although I have doubts about the suitability of the location for my client. From there I went across to Luton and then down to Southampton where I will be spending the night before meeting up with a perspective Karak Chai franchisee to look at his new location and meet with the agent and landlord of a property that he is looking at. I enjoy landlord negotiations and whilst I don’t consider myself an expert I have had some success in the past.
After my day in Southampton I’m heading home before attending a funeral on Wednesday morning. In the afternoon I have an important meeting on behalf of a client before heading South again to meet with a potential new client the following morning.
