Earlier in the week I mentioned that we will be working with I-Am who are a well established and experienced design agency which I think will give the project a real boost. It also looks like we will be going with Market Man for our stock and ordering and we are still deciding who to go with for the rest of the IT package.
The brand is aimed at younger millennials and generation z so the plan is for our tech to be cutting edge, the latest self ordering kiosks with log ins for loyalty, click and collect as part of our loyalty app and an advanced kitchen management system.
Our menu is going to be Indo-Chinese but the way we serve our food is going to be different to what most of our established competitors are currently doing. We think that this will give us an edge in terms of quality and customisation.
We already have a location in Birmingham and have finished stripping it out. We have a meeting next week with the kitchen designers as we are having the kitchen professionally designed.
Finally, the idea is to franchise this brand after what we hope will be the successful opening of the first unit so I am buy getting the franchise system ready. We already have a number of people interested in the brand and our hope is to have at least 2 franchised units up and running by the end of the year.
