My title says advisor but in the sort of projects that I get involved with my role is so much more than that. With Karak Chaii I wear a number of different hats. Firstly I work with the founder and his team to help him execute his vision for the brand, this involves anything from putting together a medium term plan to looking at ways to potentially strengthen the brand. I also spend time with franchise partners helping them to improve their businesses. I have also worked on their internal systems which involves things like getting the most from their Enterprise system or improving their internal communication. I also help by introducing them to the right partners and building relationships on their behalf.
This gives you an insight into how I work with small, growing businesses and how I try and add value. I enjoy working with entrepreneurial founders and having worked with a few, I’m confident that I can build the right sort of working relationship with them.
