Heading South

I’m up early as I’m driving down to London to meet with a Karak Chaii franchise partner. I’m spending the most the day with them before jumping onto a few zoom calls and then heading home. My focus for the coming weeks is helping them set up the enterprise system for their central production system. This will simplify the way that our franchise partners place their orders, make stock taking simpler and allow them more visibility on their cost of goods.

Also on my priority list is overhauling how they open new stores. With potentially 20 stores opening next year, making our new store opening process more efficient is something of a priority.
