I’m in Birmingham today with the Karak Chaii team working on the next stage of my project which aims to automate a lot of the stock and ordering processes within the CPU. This is an important project as it will improve their profitability and increase efficiency. We are moving at a relatively slow pace as we want things to be landed properly.
I’m also spending time with their new store opening manager and supporting him in refining his store opening process, this is especially important as we look to open circa 20 stores next year.
I also working away on a project for Change Please over the festive period as I won’t be taking the whole of Christmas off. I did last year and enjoyed it but this year, I have things that I need to work on so will still work three days next week before taking a slightly longer break over the New Years holiday
