It’s a relatively early start today as I have a pile of work to wade through. I’m working from home today and Wednesday and the rest of the week will be spent out and about. I’m all the way down in Brighton on Thursday to check out some locations for Change Please so that going to be test of my electric car.
Tomorrow i am attending a cook off for the pan Asian brand that I have been working on for the last few months. We are still on track to have the first unit open in late April/early May but we have a lot of work to do between now and then.
I’m spending most of the rest of the week working with Karak Chaii. We have a bunch of new processes to implement along with a new store opening in a week or so.
In my spare time I have also been working in another project which I will talk more about in the coming weeks.
Finally, it was a mixed day for Alex at his latest table tennis tournament. He is really talented but sometime the pressure gets a little too much for him despite our attempts to take the pressure off him. Still, to be competing at such a young age will stand him in good stead as he grows older.
