My son’s football match kicks off at 08.50 this morning hence the rather early start. This is far from ideal but since I’ve started to modify my diet slightly I’m feeling more energetic that I used to. I’ve stopped drinking coffee and alcohol completely and swapped fruit juices for the coffee. I’ve also dropped my consumption of fizzy drinks quite dramatically as well. I’m also trying to eat more healthily and am seriously thinking about trying the Keto diet again or at the very least reducing the number of carbs that I eat. Finally, I’ve started to do the odd treadmill session.
Work wise next week is going to be another busy week with lots of site meetings as well as more work at Karak Chaii’s head office. I’m also working with Change Please to put together another proposal for a unit in the North West.
