I’m heading South today for a visit to our franchise partners in Peterborough and then onto Kingsbury to visit our franchise partners in our latest store.
Whilst part of my role is to be out supporting franchise partners the really important part of my work involves taking the business forward which entails looking at processes and ensuring that we are as efficient as possible. I am also looking at ways of driving our sales with a focus in new product development and marketing.
I’m quite excited about our new menu which goes live towards the end of February as it marks a move forward in terms of our food offer.
