At the end of yet another hectic week I’ve got on a plane to spend the weekend with my mother in Italy. She moved here permanently last year so opportunities to see her are few and far between. It’s nice to see her again and nice to be somewhere warmer than the UK and somewhere I can recharge my batteries for a couple of days.
Work wise things are moving along. My work with Change Please is starting to bear fruit with us winning one contract with another potentially on the way. The pipeline for this venture is also looking reasonably good.
Karak chaii is doing well, the new menu went down well with customers and sales are I improving across the board. Our online training platform is coming along nicely and will launch soon and we are in the process of moving franchise partners onto E ordering. We also have a new social media manager on board and have an area manager starting with us.
Our Leamington Spa store has got off to a great start and we have high hopes for our upcoming Southall branch.
I’m also now advising a small start up and helping them to raise funds to get the project off the ground which is exciting.
Finally, I will try and do a better job of maintaining this blog!
