The weeks seem to be going past at an increasing pace and whilst I’m enjoying what I’m doing the incessant plate spinning is quite tiring. I managed to get through 4 hours of work this morning prior to spending some time with my son. To be fair, his life seems to be busier than mine at the moment as he is busy building up to the North West table tennis championship next weekend.
In terms of my projects, I am really enjoying my work with Karak Chaii, we have made some solid progress with regards to professionalising the business and the new menu which was launched a few weeks ago has been really well received.
