With a number of clients and my own business time management is becoming quite important. I’ve always been able to keep a number of plates spinning but right now I’m having to work extra hard to keep on to; of things. This requires a degree of discipline and an ability to sit down and plot through emails/admin whenever I get the chance.
This week is going to be quite mixed, I’m in Bolton this morning and then Karak Chaii’s Birmingham offices this afternoon. Wednesday and Thursday I will be in London and then back to the Midlands for Friday.
