It’s an early start for me as I am heading over to Milton Keynes to meet the landlord of the unit which is the first of the joint venture with Compass. I have been supporting this project for 6 months and I am excited about its possibilities. The Compass team have been great to work with and hugely supportive.
My meeting with my latest client went really well yesterday. We reviewed and made changes to the floor plan of the unit which they will be building in Bolton and then reviewed their IT set up. We also spent time pulling together a plan for the business and started to agree some objectives for the future.
After my Milton Keynes visit I’m heading to Southall to meet with the Karak Chaii operations team and to catch up on some project work for KC.
