I’m heading over to Oldham to meet up with one of my clients who is well on the way to opening store number two. I love his brand and feel that it’s got huge potential for growth. My role mainly involves helping him update his systems and put some operational discipline into his business without ruining what makes the brand special.
The team at Rice Guys met up with an EPOS provider who I recommended to them yesterday so I’m looking forward to hearing how they got on.
I also busy interviewing for a couple of roles, area manager for Karak Chaii and store manager for my Oldham client .
This week is a bit of a strange week as I won’t be down in London at all for first time in ages.
