I am working from home this morning and working my way through things. My focus today is Karak Chaii as I do more work on our theoretical cost of goods and interview potential area managers as we as sifting through applications for our marketing manager role, I am hoping to have someone in place at some point next month. I’m heading into Birmingham this afternoon to meet with our franchise partner for Coventry as their build is not far from being completed.
I’m out of the road tomorrow, I have more interviews scheduled and I’m in Rugby to meet another new franchise partner before heading up to Bolton for the opening party.
