Heading North

I’m spending the next two days with three clients based in the North West. I’m helping two of them open store number two and the. To scale their brand and for the third client I am carry out a store support visit to one of their franchise partners. Today is going to be a long day but I have the benefit of staying in a hotel just outside Manchester which will cut down travel time.

I’m enjoying working with founders to open second stores as at this stage this is not simply a process of copying and pasting what they already have into a second store. Both brands require work to enable them to implement some of the very basic systems required to start to scale the brands. This includes things such as EPOS systems., HACCAP and training manuals.

I’m down in London on Thursday before heading back North on Saturday
