One of my clients is close to opening their second branch this weekend and I’m really hopefully that it will do well. They have big ambitions for the brand and will probably have multiple outlets by the end of next year which is really exciting.
I am also starting to fund raise for my newest client. They have three highly profitable restaurants and are looking to open number four early next year. This is a highly scaleable brand with some fantastic systems in place. For me, raising funds is not just about getting the cash (which is important) but is also about finding the right partner who will work with the management team and who understands the business – I will keep you posted!
