I’ve been busy revamping my website which I have to say (modestly speaking) is much improved. My procedure last week set me back as I basically didn’t feel well enough to do anything all weekend so I have a fair bit of catching up to do. As a team we have been thinking quite a bit about a menu of services which we would offer to prospective clients and my plan over the next few days to is crystallise this work. I’m also thinking about how we best market our little business, in the past I have relied on referrals and people reading my blog for work but it’s obvious to me that we are going to have to be more aggressive than this (to be fair it’s hard to be less aggressive than we currently are!)
Client wise, it looks like I will be losing one client who I have know for some time which I knew was coming. I have taken on one new client and that is working out really well (I have worked with them before) and my other clients are making progress on key areas.
From Thursday I will be at the NEC in Birmingham at the Alfa Romeo owners club stand with my Alfa 6
