It’s been a fun few days showing off my car and taking to like minded “petrol heads” but I’m quite glad that today is going to be my last day as standing around has turned out to be quite tiring.
Work wise, I’ve managed to catch up on quite a bit of stuff over the last few days with my focus being on Karak Chaii’s new store opening process. I’ve been busy reviewing job descriptions and training plans as well as improving the information pack which we send out to franchise partners.
Next week will involve a fair amount of travel as I have a number of locations in build at the moment. I also have a meeting tomorrow with the Rice Guys team which I’m looking forward to.
On the weight loss front I’ve lost 11lbs in 8 days which is pretty impressive by any measure. I’m just not as hungry as I was and I can’t eat anywhere near what I used to which really helps
