It’s Friday!

It’s been a long week……..

I spent all day with a client yesterday, not leaving until well Hine 7pm as we finally got their unit open. I have to say that it looks fantastic and we are confident that it will do well. The plan now is to move onto more company stores and to start to franchise so my next task will be to build up the franchise system ahead of us signing up franchise partners.

Today I’m back with Karak Chaii and the day is a mix of visiting a site in build, visiting a newly opened site and then visiting a more established franchise partner.

My work with Karak Chaii is divided between strengthening their franchise system and onboarding new franchise partners.
