Moira and Alex are at a table tennis competition and I am taking the day to do very little. To be honest I’m mentally a bit frazzled as it’s been quite a stressful few months all things considered and as an introvert (in every sense of the word) there are times when I just need to avoid people in order to top up my batteries. Today is one of those days, apart from some small jobs the house I am doing nothing beyond watching trashy TV.
I used to enjoy watching Alex play table tennis but we now both find it way too stressful so my wife gets the fun task of waiting around in a large, less than warm sports hall!.
The week ahead is also looking quite busy with lots of travel
