Ive had a busy morning doing some work for one of our clients. I don’t mind working the weekends as long as I manage to get the work done before my family wake up as I try and spend the weekend focused on them. It’s the west that I can do given how much I’m away during the week.
On a separate note, I am planning to do some more business development work going forward. I have a few days a month free and my focus will be on SBGC and developing the practice and bringing some more clients on board and hopefully so more associates and to grow the practice.
I’ve also set some goals for the year in terms of numbers of clients, revenue and numbers of associates. I’m the short term I’m looking for a product developer and management accountant to bring on board
