I’m in sunny Walthamstow this morning where I will be meeting two of Karak Chaii’s newest franchise partners as I am responsive for helping them get their store built and on boarding them within the KC family. Getting the build process and the run up to the opening is crucial in getting the store up and running successfully which is why I send a fair bit of time ensuring that the opening goes as smoothly as possible.
Later this evening I have a meeting with some Tikka Nation franchise partners as we support them in finding the right store.
To round off the day we have an SBGC team meeting planned as we look to catch up and talk about the practice
