It’s a Sunday so I should really be having a lie in, but me being me, I am up relatively early to get a few hours of work done as I try and catch myself up and get ready for the week ahead.
Along with catching up with some admin relating to each of my projects, I also have a proposal to type up for some potential work and I have some work to do for another project that I have been involved with.
We have a number of leads for new work that I have been following up on but so far they have not materialised into anything solid. I am hoping that the marketing work which we will be undertaking will lead to more interest in the practice leading to attracting more clients.
We are also doing some work on tidying up some of our internal processes such as what format we use for a pitch and how we will be invoicing clients. We have no plans for an office so any funds that would have gone on paying rent will instead go into marketing and business development
