Checking In

I had a problem with LinkedIn so yesterday’s post was not published to my LinkedIn profile.

I’m in Bolton today working with a client – my focus with this client is basic operations and helping them put some structure into the day to day running of their operation and whilst it’s early days we are seeing signs of progress.

I am doing similar work work with another client with a larger business and there it’s all about achieving sustainable fixes to their problems.

In terms of my business I am chasing up a number of leads which look promising but for the moment we are not making much progress in this areas. I am hoping that our forthcoming marketing push will translate into new clients
