How this works

Many people reading my recent posts will probably be new to my little blog so I thought it a good idea to give you a heads up on how this works

1. My posts are generally short and sweet – they are meant to be little insights into my professional (and sometimes private) life as opposed to long, self absorbed monologues
2. I will always be as honest as I can be
3. I will try to share best practice or highlight when someone is doing something well (or indeed badly)
4. I will try and post regularly and some of my posts will be a little random (hence the title of the blog).
5. Spelling and punctuation may not always be great!
6. I’m not here to tell anyone how to to run their life or their business
7. The blog is focused around my activities so I tend to be at the center of my posts
