It’s Monday and I’m up early (5.30 am) ready to drive to Oldham to spend the day with one of my longest standing clients, they own a brand called Smashville which is a a really cool smashed burger brand with outlets in Oldham and Bolton. The Oldham branch is a rare beast, it’s a burger place located inside a petrol station forecourt and it does really well. My time with Smashville is spent overseeing operations and supporting with their franchising efforts as well as helping the brand grow.
Other than Smashville, I will be spending time with Fresh Fuel bar in their second site in Ancoats (Manchester). We have a meeting booked with a marketing agency who will hopefully help us develop the sales by raising awareness of this latest outlet.
I won’t be home again this evening until around 9pm as I won’t be seeing the Fresh Fuel bar team until I have finished with Smashville
