A conundrum

It’s the classic dilemma that many contractors and consultants face, you need to work hard to add value to your clients but whilst doing this you need to carve out time to generate new leads and hopefully new business

Today is a case in point, I was all set to go to the franchise show and do some networking but I have to take a client meeting and I am snowed under with another client.

I don’t have any easy answers to this dilemma so feel free to let me have your thoughts!!
