I am ending the week at Shah’s offices which is where you will usually find me. The office is quiet as we are opening our Woking store today so most owls are there. I have too much on my plate to be able to join them

My role at Shahs encompasses looking after their franchising and I deal with franchisees from first enquiry right through to us handing them the keys to their new store. I also advise the owners and my associates oversee finance and property.

Shahs are on a mission to be the halal version of McDonalds and given how well the brand is doing I believe that this is achievable!
