I really didn’t have much time to post properly this morning hence this little update. I have spent quite a bit of time talking about change this last week or so and I really do feel that clear, upbeat communication is important. Also important is being able to reassure people about their jobs and their future in the business. Now I fully understand that you cannot do this all the time but doing when you can is important.

I think your right Paolo. Another key aspect is the time of relevant communications. Chinese whispers can often cause more fear within a work force than the fear of the actual changes.
