Independence Debate

I have no liking for Alex Salmond. That doesn’t mean that the Scots don’t have the right to vote for independence or anything like that, I just happen to think that the voters of Scotland deserve to have the best possible information provided to then in order to make an informed choice and I don’t believe that Mr Salmond and his colleagues are doing much to provide this information.
The debate the other evening cruelly exposed the fact that behind the Braveheart rhetoric there is nothing more than a house of cards. Hats off to Alistair Darling who by all accounts won the debate by employing a simple game plan.
The next 6 or so weeks are going to be very interesting!
