End of the week

It’s been tough but it’s over! That sadly is as good as it gets at the moment.
There has been a fair bit of progress made work wise which is encouraging.
What is more encouraging is seeing some really good people come onto the business and begin to make a difference.
My highlight of the week was inviting one of our hard working lead associates into the office to give her the opportunity to take a step up and manage one of our restaurants, moments like this is one of the reasons that I love what I do.
